Si chiama Kill The Beast Band la rock band italiana al 100% on air in numerose radio internazionali sia americane (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Clarita e altre città) sia inglesi (Londra, Lancaster, Manchester, Daventry, Portsmouth e altre), collezionando un successo dietro l’altro.
Il significato del nome
Il nome del gruppo deriva dal lato oscuro, la bestia appunto, presente in ciascuno di noi, latente o no (dipende dalla personalità del singolo); c’è chi riesce a farla emergere alla prima sollecitazione e chi, invece, necessita di una forte provocazione. Tutti, comunque, la teniamo nascosta, ed essa è pronta a esplodere se sollecitata. Possiamo tentare di controllarla, l’importante è non lasciarsi sopraffare dalla sua forza.
Per incanalare bene la nostra energia, ecco il sound rock di Kill The Beast Band, dalla forte impronta anni settanta e ottanta, periodi adesso tornati più che mai in auge anche tra i millennials, e non solo tra i nostalgici dei due decenni rispettivamente della ribellione e del cosiddetto “riflusso”.
La storia del gruppo
Tutto inizia nel 2011 con Wolf, cantautore (musica e testi), frontman e chitarra acustica del gruppo, che, dopo aver lavorato a stretto contatto con alcuni arrangiatori, si mette anche a studiare regia cinematografica e tecniche di ripresa per dare vita a videoclip molto particolari. Tra un montaggio e una post produzione, assieme alla scrittura di soggetti e sceneggiature di film, nascono degli autentici gioiellini musicali, visibili sul loro canale You Tube ufficiale.
Dopo circa tre anni, Wolf incontra The Eye, il supertecnico che si occupa del sito web, della grafica e del merchandising. Al 2016 risale l’arrivo del terzo componente della Band, The Wizard, che si unisce ai due come arrangiatore, tecnico del suono e tastierista. Wolf e The Wizard per un anno fanno ricerca al fine di definire uno stile che fosse caratteristico solo della Kill The Beast Band.
I videoclip, veri e propri minifilm
Lanciata dopo 8 anni di duro lavoro, precisamente nel 2019, Kill The Beast Band, con il suo rock pur sempre targato anni settanta e ottanta, ha lanciato sul mercato singoli che trattano di vita reale, raccontata nei videoclip come un vero e proprio cortometraggio o minifilm. Ogni canzone una cover, quindi, e un video racconto. In genere l’inizio di un brano vuole essere hard rock ma, nello sviluppo del ritmo, il tempo ha una cadenza addolcita, che tende a legare quasi in modo armonico contemporaneamente le parole tra loro e le frasi musicali e non a dividerle.

The meaning of the name
The name of the group comes from the dark side. In fact, the beast is present in each of us, latent or not (it depends on the personality of the individual).There are people who manage to make emerge “the beast” at the first solicitation and those who, on the other hand, need a strong provocation. However, we all keep it hidden, but it is ready to explode if pushed. We can try to control it.The important thing is not to be overwhelmed by its strength.
To channel our energy well, here is the rock sound of Kill The Beast Band, with a strong seventies and eighties imprint. These musical ages are now back on top even among millennials, and not only among the nostalgic of the two decades of rebellion and of the so-called “ebb”respectively.
The history of the group
It all started in 2011 with Wolf, singer-songwriter (music and lyrics), frontman, and acoustic guitar of the group. After having worked closely with some arrangers, he also started studying film directing and shooting techniques to create a lot of video clips.Between editing and post-production, together with the writing of film subjects and scripts, authentic musical gems are born, visible on their official You Tube channel.
About three years, Wolf meets The Eye, the super technician who takes care of the website, graphics and merchandising. The third member of the band, The Wizard, arrived in 2016, joining the two as arranger, sound engineer and keyboard player. Wolf and The Wizard did research for a year in order to define a style that was characteristic only of the Kill The Beast Band.
